Recently, the 2019 Hong Kong Design Awards 2019 Hong Kong Design Awards Presentation Ceremony was held in Hong Kong. PLD's two design works: Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, Shunde Marriott Hotel, and Zhangjiagang won the Gold Award GOLD and Silver Award in the Hotel category of the 2019 Hong Kong Design Awards 2019 Hong Kong Design Awards respectively.

Excerpt from DRIVENxDESIGN CEO Mark Bergin's evaluation of the project: "This Courtyard by Marriott hotel project perfectly combines three-dimensional elements in this architectural space, which makes people feel very strange and novel. There are many hotels, such as the old challenging building, which wastes a lot of space in the lobby lobby, and this project makes very effective use of this part of the space, continuing the flow of the lobby entrance and creating a dramatic and interesting scene. It's very interesting that I looked at the London and American Design Award winners, and the characteristics of the Asian project left us more room for reverie. Luxury hotels are sometimes not necessarily as grand as Europe..."
